Y-type globe valve, also known as oblique globe valve, has a certain angle between its stem and flow, and its seat and sealing surface have a certain angle with the inlet and outlet. Y-type globe valve adopts straight structure. During the opening and closing process, the friction between the sealing surfaces is small, durable, the opening height is small, and the maintenance is convenient. It is not only suitable for medium and low pressure, but also suitable for high pressure. Y-type globe valves are widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, chemical, power plant, pharmaceutical industries, etc. They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, generally not used to regulate the flow rate.

BONNET DESIGN FORMS

A bolt-type bonnet. In the valve designed in this design form, the valve body and the bonnet are connected with bolts and nuts, and the wound gasket (made of 316 clip flexible graphite) is sealed. When customers have special requirements, they can also use metal ring connection.

A welded bonnet. For a valve designed in this form, the valve body and the bonnet are connected with threads and are fully welded and sealed. When customers have special requirements, they can also use full welding two connections.

The pressure self-tightening valve cover. The valve designed in this form has the valve body and the valve cover connected with threads, and the internal pressure is sealed by a self-sealing ring. It also can be designed as Y-type valves.
