DESCRIPTION:
The fixed ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and harsh environment resistance have been specially considered during design, and are suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media .
DESIGN FEATURES:
Trunnion mounted ball valves meet all the requirements of API 6D as well as the other design codes; Minimum wall thickness comply with ASME B16.34. Valves are usually supplied with lever, gear,actuator or bare shaft as per customers’ request.
1. ISO5211 platform design is adopted for the convenience of installing the actuator
2. Double block and bleed function
3. Anti-blow-out stem design
4. The pressure balancing hole is provided on the steel ball
5. The body is provided with a device for cleaning the valve cavity
6. Automatic pressure relief function
7. Fireproof and anti static design
8. Sealant injection system for emergency seal
