DANGOTE FERTILIZER PROJECT

A batch of Larger size casting ball valves, gate valves, check valves have been successfully produced in TEJI factory, which is for DANGOTE FERTILIZER PROJECT. 
 
Compared to the forging body ball valve at 600#, the price of casting 16” is competitive too much.
The metal seated design is for this high temperature range, with Tungsten Carbide coating (from 150µm to 400µm) on the ball and seats sealing surfaces with graphite packing and suitable stem extension.
TEJI can provide the Tungsten Carbide coating higher than 900HV hardness which is our standard request for high temperature metal seated ball valve.
